Simple 7 Day Detox Drink

This simple 4 ingredient, 7 day detox drink was created by the amazing Jillian Michaels. It's not only super quick to make, but it also tastes great! The powerful ingredients will help you lose up to 5 pounds of excess water weight and belly bloat in just one week. The recipe calls for you to drink 64oz of liquid (the recommended daily water consumption). I recommend getting a bottle like the one pictured above to fit it all. You can repeat this detox every 12 to 16 weeks. This drink is a natural diuretic because of it's carefully chosen key ingredients.
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- 64oz of natural spring water
- 1 tablespoon of pure cranberry juice (not juice cocktail)
- 1 roasted dandelion spice teabag
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1. Brew the teabag as directed on the box then let the tea cool. Pour the tea into your bottle.
(I like to put the teabag into my bottle as well).

2. Next, pour in the lemon juice and the cranberry juice.
These also help sweeten the drink and give it more flavor.

3. After the tea and the juice are in the bottle, fill the rest of the 64oz bottle with the spring water.
Shake it and drink up! Drink one of these bottles everyday for 7 days.
You will make a new batch of the detox water every day.
